Are you a highly organized, detailed and determined individual with a flair for investigative work? When our clients suffer a life-disrupting injury due to the negligence of others, we are unable to help them until or unless we can find a source of recovery – typically an insurance policy covering the at-fault party. Your primary mission will be to locate the source of recovery that would enable us to make our clients whole and to protect our clients from predatory insurance practices by putting the insurance companies on notice that we represent them. You will also be part of the firm’s behind-the-scenes welcome wagon for our clients, as well as helping to gather critical information in the file to help move the case forward.

Our rapidly growing Dallas personal injury law firm, located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, is seeking a qualified case intake specialist. Ideal candidates would have 2+ years of law firm experience (personal injury experience preferred but not required) along with competent computer and administrative skills. We are, however, willing to train new team members who have no law firm experience but demonstrate the hustle and dedication to excel at the role.

You will be responsible for gathering facts and claim-related information and will otherwise assist in organizing the case's electronic files, inputting client-related information into our system, and ensuring client files are complete and initial letters are sent out. Candidates will be a part of a fast-paced team environment that is committed to great work and enjoying what we do.

Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required for this position.
