Marathon Law Group, PLLC is currently accepting applications for a Personal Injury Legal Assistant and/or Assistant Case Manager. This is a full-time position supporting multiple PI Case Managers and Staff Attorneys.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, prepare correspondence, legal documents, phone communications, calendar appointments, gather medical records, scanning and saving records, utilize case management system, track deadlines, work with case managers to help manage case-loads.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years or more related personal injury experience. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with CLIO cloud-based program or its equivalent. Bilingual candidates highly encouraged.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
