Business Health Solutions, PC, a leader in Occupational Health and Environmental Nursing is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to become part of our team to serve a valued customer based in Collierville, TN. The Leave/Surveillance Coordinator is responsible for delivery of customer requirements, expectations, and services which include:

• Clinical Care Services dealing with work-related and personal medical conditions;
• COVID Case Management;
• Case Management for work-related and personal cases;
• Coordinating EHS and Operations with Incident Reviews of Cases;
• Maintaining and assisting with EHS Databases;
• Health Assessment, New Hire Reviews, and Medical Surveillance;
• Records Management;
• Working knowledge of Workers Compensation, Short-Term Disability, and FMLA;
• Assist Manager and Assistant Manager with mentoring of staff and rotating call.

Primary schedule of Monday - Friday day time hours, with rotating call.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Current active compact license as a RN to practice in the state of Tennessee;
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (OHN) or equivalent desirable;
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing desirable;
• BLCS Certification required;
• Three to five years experience in nursing with experience in Occupational Health; and
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
