Marketing Focused Leasing Position Available for Growing Company in booming Downtown St Pete!!

Summary:

In-house Marketing and Leasing position with room for growth available for high-energy applicants with an attention to detail at growing Real Estate Investment Company downtown St Petersburg!

Primary Role:

• Create and post ads for units available for rent on various sites and social media
• Promptly return requests for info via phone/email channels to set up appointments to view
• Show apartments to interested applicants, and convert showings into leases
• Keep a calendar/schedule of move out/move-in dates and work with property manager to coordinate smooth operations for tenants new and existing
• Return maintenance requests calls/emails and enter in to system
• Complete final-inspections on units prior to move-ins to catch and issues in advance
• Alert property manager to any issues requiring escalation throughout operations

Who You Are:

• Strong marketing skills, knowledge of St Petersburg market and an eye towards using both to advertise on multiple online platforms including social media
• Strong personal skills with other staff and clients
• High focus on customer service and standards and expectations for same
• Able to work with a variety of personalities
• Equally comfortable inside the office and in field/on-site
• Comfortable with property management software
• Leasing Experience
• Ability to multitask

Position Requirements and Schedule:

• 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed
• Notary License a plus
• Must have own transportation
• Pay commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
