Chowly, a market leader in the Third Party Online Ordering (TOOS) to Point of Sale (POS) integration space, helps restaurants streamline the delivery process and simplify technology.

Role Overview:

Chowly’s new Learning & Development Specialist will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining our internal and external knowledge libraries. This role offers experience in collaborating across multiple departments, organizing systems to create a culture of learning amongst staff and clientele, and working under an L&D Manager with nearly 10 years of experience. This position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and passionate individual to gain valuable experience in the field of Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and keeping up-to-date learning documentation
2. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create content and resources
3. Provide quality assurance for L&D department’s training programs
4. Support the administration and management of Trainual, our Learning Management System (LMS)
5. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the learning and development field

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
2. 0-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a similar role
3. Strong written communication and organization skills
4. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
5. Familiarity with learning principles and instructional design methodologies is a plus, but not required
6. Experience with Salesforce Knowledge is a plus, but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
