Mango Mangeaux Creole French & Neo Soul Bistro in Hampton, VA is looking for "2 YEARS FINE DINING Experienced" lead line cook's and cook's to join our 43 person strong team. We are located on 33 E Mellen St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
MUST HAVE "2" YEARS IN UPSCALE OR FINE DINING AS LEAD LINE COOK.

*Prep line according to prep/par sheets. *Up hold sanitation standards *ability to lift up to 50 lbs. *flexible hours days of availability *Getting out tickets with prescribe times of Executive Chef *follow standardized recipes *able to stand long periods of time *ability to work in extreme heat and conditions there of
Qualifications

*2 years prior restaurant experience as line cook in similar type setting: "upscale" dining OR "Chef" driven environment. *Have ServeSafe or current food handlers certificate
