Position- Lead ITSM/ ServiceNow Lead
Location-Beaverton, OR
Duration-12 Months Contract
- Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Communications or equivalent.
- 7+ years of ITIL related work
- Hands-on experience in technical writing
- Thorough understanding of ITSM best practices
- Experience in data analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- ITIL 4 Certification Preferred
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
