Deine Aufgaben:
- Fachliche Führung eines Teams von Versandmitarbeitern
- Motivation der Mitarbeiter/ innen unter Berücksichtigung unternehmerischer Ziele
- Ständige Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Produktionsablaufs in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorgesetzten
- Konstruktive Umsetzung der geplanten Produktion unter Ausschöpfung der höchstmöglichen Qualität und Quantität
- Mitarbeit in der eigenen Abteilung
- Erste Erfahrungen im Führen von kleinen Teams
- Idealerweise Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder logistischen Bereich
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und umfassendes Verständnis für die Prozesse von Inbound und Outbound
