Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Team Member

Compensation & Benefits:: $20-$35 per hour plus bonuses, profit sharing for Full Time Work. $500 90 day retention Bonus, $3,000 12 month retention bonus, $100 gas card each month for qualifying team members and so much more!

We have franchised our business and now have 100+ locations nationwide. Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals.

Requirements:

--Team Player

--Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone

--Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test

--Clean Driving Record

--Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor

--1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred)

Starting Wage: $20 per Hour Plus Bonuses Based on Performance
