Title: Lawn Care Manager

Location - Sioux Falls, SD

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawn Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of lawn care professionals, including those who specialize in tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilization, and pest control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of lawn care professionals, including hiring and training new employees, setting performance goals and expectations, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Schedule work for the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Order and maintain supplies, including fertilizers, pesticides, and other materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, as well as any issues or challenges that have arisen during the course of a job.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
• Manage the budget for the lawn care department, tracking expenses and ensuring that costs are kept under control.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the lawn care industry, with a strong focus on managing teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in lawn care.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• On call

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Required)
