Lash Studio Manager – Esthetician – Cosmetologist

This is a full-time position and requires a current Texas esthetician, cosmetologist, or eyelash extension specialty license.

Requirements

• Although you will always be managing, your time will be split between applying lashes 70% of the time and managerial duties 30% of the time
• Excellent leadership and management skills that creates a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, motivate and coach employees
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• An advocate of learning, change, and process improvement initiatives
• Proficient in sales and customer service
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills when issues arise
• Exceptional organizational skills and professional communication techniques
• Success in marketing and self-promotion
• Passion for the health and beauty industry and making clients look and feel their best

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in Texas as an Esthetician (Aesthetician) or Cosmetologist
• Positive, proactive, goal-driven, and a team player
• Have a strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and manage all concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
• Ability to foster a TEAM environment
• Previous management experience in the beauty industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
