T&T Construction, an industry leader in commercial concrete construction, is hiring an Experienced Laser Screed Operator/Technician to join our Northeast Regional Team.

Purpose of the position: *Operate and Maintain Laser Screed per company policy and standards. Placement of concrete per contract document requirements. (Flat, Super Flat, 3-D, and sloped concrete)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*

• Significant experience as a Laser Screed operator along with proof of laser screed training/school
• Candidate must possess the ability to communicate effectively with concrete placement crew and provide direction.
• A self-starter that is detail oriented with the ability to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Candidate should possess the ability to adapt to change and react quickly to changing environments.
• Capability to think ahead, identify and resolve potential problems with the ability to learn quickly.
• Candidate must possess knowledge of concrete placement and concrete properties.
• Must be 10 hour OSHA certified or attain certification within first 90 days of employment.
• CDL Class A license to transport the laser screed and other essential equipment.
• Some mechanical skills required for basic repairs and maintenance. Capable to perform FF/FL testing of slab flatness and produce documented reports.
• Responsible for ensuring that the overall safety and quality during the concrete placement are consistent with company policy and ACI standards.
• Able to perform FF/FL tests after every concrete pour/placement.
