Position Overview

Title: Landscaping Foreman

Pay: $18-$22/hour – Housing can be provided if needed

Hours: 4-5 days per week for a total of 45-50 hours

Holidays: Foreman will have the day before, the day of off for the following holidays:

Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving

Description

Foreman will lead a team of 2-3 crew members to complete various landscaping activities including spraying, mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and mulching. The team will complete 10-15 jobs per day of varying sizes. We meet every day in Apopka at 6 AM and we will return to Apopka no later than 6 PM. There will be a lot of driving associated with the position and the company will provide a truck for business use. Foreman will assist in recruiting and interviewing new team members and will also assist in creating efficient routes for his/her team to complete.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• 1 Year experience in landscaping industry
• Good attitude, accountability, and respectful
• It would be a significant bonus for the foreman to speak Spanish and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
