Well established cottage care business is looking to hire a landscaping foreman immediately. Position includes but is not limited to lawn care, mulching, planting, tree care, powerwashing, irrigation installation, and much more.

The right candidate should be self-motivated and able to keep at least one assistant on task while keeping track of billing time and materials. Experience operating zero-turn mowers, tractors, chippers and chainsaws is helpful.

Full time M-F employment with overtime and bonuses available, no weekends! Pay is based on experience. Could be a year-round position for the right person. Please call (231) 881-0342 for an interview.

Applicants must meet requirements below:

Be willing and able to work in all weather types.

Be physically able to lift 50-80 pounds repeatedly.

Have experience operating basic equipment (mowers, tractors, chainsaws, etc).

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

Most jobs are located in the Charlevoix area. Base of operations is between Petoskey and Charelvoix.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
• Overtime

• Charlevoix, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
