Experienced Landscape Supervisors

$500 Signing Bonus for experienced new hires!

ProGreen Turf & Landscape is currently seeking experienced landscapers to fill multiple team leader and laborer roles to include Maintenance, Irrigation, Hardscaping, & Landscaping. PGT is a full-service landscape company offering residential and commercial installation, maintenance, design, and repair services. You must have at least one year experience with a professional landscape company.

The ideal candidate should have references and demonstrated the following qualities in previously held jobs:

- Landscape experience and knowledge strongly preferred and will be tested

- Experience with machinery such as skid steers and excavators

- Reading tape measure, levels, and proper use and understanding of other relevant job site tools

- Presence of mind to think on your own when needed and demonstrate good decision making on the job site.

- Strong communication skills and punctuality: communicate through the different stages of the project to ensure uninterrupted progress, show up on time and be dependable, and show initiative on the job site.

- Adherence to safety guidelines when operating machinery and handling materials.

- Ability to conduct business in a professional manner always and exhibit exemplary customer service and leadership skills

- Strong leadership and team building skills - must effectively lead crews of 2-4 people while adhering to ProGreen's core values
