Job Description: Entry-Level Landscape Designer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic entry-level landscape designer to join our team. As an entry-level designer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, learning and contributing to various landscape design projects. Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the preparation and production of landscape design plans, including site analysis, concept development, and final presentation materials.

3. Conducting site visits and surveys to gather data on existing conditions, including topography, vegetation, and infrastructure.
4. Assisting in the creation of 2D and 3D renderings, sketches, and construction documentation using industry-standard software.
5. Participating in meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
6. Researching and sourcing appropriate plant materials, hardscape elements, and other landscape features for design projects.
7. Assisting in the coordination and management of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
8. Staying updated on the latest trends, materials, and techniques in landscape design through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
2. Strong passion for landscape design, plants, and the natural environment.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
4. Knowledge of basic design principles, including site planning, grading, planting design, and construction documentation.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
7. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new design techniques and software.
10. Previous internships or relevant work experience in landscape design, architecture, or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
