Description: California Landscapes is seeking an, Account Manager, to join our team! Full- time position, reporting to Senior Manager, providing Landscape Maintenance Services to Apartment Communities, Home Owners Associations and Commercial customers.

Job duties:
Prioritize daily tasks.

Develop customer relationships, primary and secondary contacts in customer organization.

Check customer sites to ensure quality of Landscape Maintenance, schedule “walkthroughs” with customer.

Communicate to Field Operations, results of site inspections, recommend next steps.

Lead, facilitate, and assist in resolution of customer concerns.

Identify and provide written recommendations to customer for property improvements.

Ensure delivery of service as specified in scope of work.

Maintain accurate, legible and timely written records.

Other tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:
Professional, Commercial Landscape Maintenance experience desired.
Degree in Horticulture preferred.
Excellent plant identification skills.
Knowledge of pruning methods, perennial care, and pest control methods.

Design and estimation skills.
Basic irrigation troubleshooting and irrigation controller programming.

Problem solving skills, attention to detail.
Punctual and work well in a team environment.

Travel may be required.
Valid driver's license. Vehicle.

Details:
Full time

• Above-industry pay based on experience/education.
• After 30 day probationary period: benefits include employer contribution to health and dental insurance, paid Holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
