• Day Shift- Monday – Thursday 5:00 A.M. –3:00 P.M.

Summary:

The Crow Wing Recycling laborer reports to the Assistant CWR Downstream manager. Essential functions include picking, sorting, equipment operations, light maintenance as trained and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picking copper, aluminum, stainless steel, wire, and other commodities from conveyers as required for assigned line.
• Learn the different types of commodities that will be dealt with while running equipment.
• Communicate via radio with multiple people frequently about safety, deducts, and any other appropriate radio
• Moving commodity bins to appropriate locations using equipment as directed.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions indoors and outside.
• Keeping building, work areas, equipment, and conveyer safe for operation.
• Ensure the equipment is getting the maintenance attention it needs by keeping a list and notifying the appropriate people of any issues.
• Help assist with various projects around the facility.
• Assist co-workers with various projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
