Our Breast & Skeletal and Surgical divisions are looking for an experienced Labeling Manager to join our Quality team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Technical Writers, Label Designers and other staff. Ideally based in/near to Marlborough, MA or Newark, DE.
What To Expect:

• Lead and coordinate global labeling activities required to support the development and launch of new products, compliance, regulatory, acquisitions (rebranding), sustaining and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance to all internal requirements as well as external industry standards and regulations, and Strategically address compliance to new and existing regulations considering cost effectiveness, sustainability, and scalability.
• Manage external labeling vendor relationships, to ensure quality and competitive pricing, and the communication of project timelines and priorities for BSH and GSS to said vendors.
• Cultivate relationships with internal global partners involved in labeling to enable strategic partnering and the standardization and improvement of labeling processes.
• Develop a high performing team attracting and retaining talent.
• Create a collaborative, customer-focused environment for the Labeling team and all Hologic colleagues who interact with the Labeling team.

What We Expect:

• BS, MS, or PhD in related field with experience in medical devices.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the development and life-cycle development of global labeling.
• Proven ability to lead and influence others and to collaborate effectively with peers, global teams, and their senior leadership, as well as the ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Strong technical writing, packaging, and component labeling knowledge.
• Familiar with regulations and standards for medical devices and related labeling standards and regulations.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $102,900 to $167,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
