We are looking for you to expand our team at the Heeslingen or Hamburg site as a (Junior) Pricing Manager (m/f/d) With the GRANIT division, we offer specialist dealers in Europe agricultural machinery, garden technology, construction machinery and commercial vehicle spare parts from a single source. The goods are shipped throughout Europe from our 90,000m² central warehouse in Heeslingen and we thus support more than 40,000 specialist dealers and workshops throughout Europe.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the gross pricing of Granit Parts.

• Calculation of offers as well as price determination and pricing

• Support of the foreign subsidiaries with regard to the Granit Pricing processes (such as review and revision of prices of product areas based on regional competitors and price information)

• Development and implementation of pricing strategies for defined product and market segments in cooperation with Sales and Product Management

• Continuous analysis, monitoring, optimization and structuring of prices and conditions

• Competitor monitoring and analysis

• Identification of potential measures to increase profitability and their operational implementation

• Coaching and training of internal and local stakeholders on topics related to improved pricing, price enforcement and pricing processes

• Preparation of analyses on sales and earnings development

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a completed degree ideally with first professional experience

• Interest in working with numbers and a commercial mindset

• Ideally technical understanding

• Knowledge of English, both written and spoken
