We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Graphic Designer !!

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

As the Junior Graphic Designer, you will support, design and assist in maintaining ISBH brand messaging in all actions which promotes ISBH’s services, values and mission. This position will be responsible for maintaining media relations and collaborating with various agency teams in promotional activities. The goal is to maintain positive public awareness of the company and its brand.

Essential Functions:

• Designs the graphics, layout, printing specifications and production for printed and digital communications.
• Designs and produces graphics and formal layouts of finished artwork and/or illustrations for various assets produced by and for ISBH.
• Evaluates and assesses materials to ensure accuracy and brand compliance in the design.
• Ensures that brand consistency is integrated into all organizational materials.
• Collaborates with and Managing Director, IT and HPS on web content, style compliance, and presentation.
• Support the implementation of promotional plans.
• Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Proofreads to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
• Participates in special projects as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field is preferred.
• One or more years of design experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, The Creative Suite and illustration capabilities required.
• Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a willingness to adjust to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
