Job type: Contract role (6-12 months)

Location: NYC, hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)

Visa: US citizen, Green card, Green card EAD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD. (We don't sponsor H1b)

Hourly rate: $20-30/hr (1099 tax form)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Pull and collect periodical data from system data base;

· Reconcile monthly transaction data between systems;

· Perform data integrity check

· Produce quarterly system statistics for model performance review;

· Produce quarterly transaction and risk statistics for AML / OFAC risk assessment;

· Maintain, update, and test system lists, such as OFAC list, country risk list, internal lists, etc.;

· Produce transaction review file for correspondent accounts and AML manual review;

· Conduct AML/OFAC system testing and tuning;

· Prepare essential documentation to define requirements, test plans, analysis;

· Prepare related documentation for AML/OFAC system;

· Create and execute test cases and scripts for testing of changes and releases;

· Participate in internal or external BSA/AML/OFAC related training;

· Maintain sufficient knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and red flags;

· Assist BSA/OFAC managers in in other compliance routine tasks;

· Assist BSA/OFAC managers in in other ad hoc compliance related tasks;

· Perform additional tasks during the absence of other compliance staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering/Mathematics/Data Science and related field;

· One year relevant experience;

· Hands on experience with Actimize or/and Fircosoft will be a huge plus;

· Strong analytical, inter-personal, and communication skills;

· Knowledge in banking related rules and regulations (optional);

Fluent in English and Chinese.
