BEAT81 is a fitness technology startup revolutionizing the way people get fit. By merging the very best of HIIT group training, heart rate technology and expert coaching we are empowering people around Europe, and soon the world, to Sweat Smarter Together!
Our workouts led by fitness experts offer real-time, personalized heart rate monitoring, gamification and analytics - transforming the traditional group fitness experience. We think big. We think rebellious. And we're building a world-class team to make BEAT81 the global leader in fitness and technology.
BEAT81 operates 13 group fitness studios in Germany. This number will grow to 23 until the end of the year. In 2023 we plan to open 50 studios, mostly in our core market in Germany but also in further European countries.
Responsibilities
The Real Estate Expansion Manager plays a key role in filling our deal funnel with new leads by searching and identifying potential real estate leads to grow our studios.
- Join the expansion team and play a key role in growing BEAT81’s business
- Lead the identification of new real estate leads
- Convince property management agencies and landlords that BEAT81 should be their new tenant
- Close new lease contracts
What we are looking for
- Preferably a degree
- Hustler mentality, humble and team first
- High sense of ownership
- Persuasive communicator
- Sales experience preferred
- Structured work-style
- German C2 or native
- Solid English is a plus
- Based in Berlin, Munich or Cologne
- Frequent travel and multiple-week stays in our cities required to search for real estate on the ground and to build up a local network
