Jr. Project Manager
We are seeking a JR. Project Manager who will be an essential part of our creative team. High energy, excellent communication, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills are essential. Experience in Project Management in the corporate interiors and/or signage industry is highly desirable.

Position Description:
The Project Manager will provide management of all corporate interior and signage jobs to ensure they are on time and under budget.
Contract Review & Job Introduction (10%)
- Review Contract, Bid and Proposal variances (inclusions and exclusions).
- Create a Schedule of Values
- Submit COI
- Review Project Scope
Project Management (40%)
- Ensure all information is up to date and accurate in ERP system (Exhibit Power/Trello)
- Address daily project requests from the general contractor, architect, or Director of Division
- Provide weekly status reports, standard reporting, drawing revisions, scope reviews, estimate requests, etc.
- Ensure projects is on track with latest information is disseminated throughout.
- Ensure work-orders are submitted timely and accurately
- Address all delays and inform client/GC promptly
- Submit and maintain a project schedule in real time
- Ensure submittals are submitted to clients according to timeline.
- Meet with Fabricators and Estimator for kick-off
- Ensure material order kicks off and order specialty materials
- Create invoices for all jobs AIA billing for each project by due date.
- Job cost analysis – review actual vs. budget with accounting. Perform at 50% of Job and end of Job
Proposed Change Order (20%)
- Changes submitted from general contractor with requirements, plans and drawings.
- Price the PCO
- Create PCO Proposal

Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
- PMP is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors and relevant construction and/or design firms.
- Experience managing construction and/or design projects.
Candidate Should Possess:
- Self-starter and comfortable working independently and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage company’s and client’s expectations
- Ability to balance multiple projects and requirements simultaneously with changing priorities.
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to get results and resolve customer needs.
- Ability to investigate and find the root cause of issues and follow through with corrective actions.
- Comfortable demanding excellence in self and team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
