PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Direct Supervisor: ACC Chief Collaboration Officer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Jr. Associate will help execute the vision and mission of the ACC Collaboration efforts which include both philosophical and tactical elements in order to be successful. In addition, the role will also include the ability to play an integral part to the tracking and reporting of the ACC New Business and Organic Business function across all ACC business units and agencies.

Collaboration:
The Jr. Associate will support efforts on agency Collaboration initiatives, which will include, but not limited to:
  • ACC.connect: The Firm’s internal “intra-net” that is designed to help ACC agencies stay connected as well as serve as a resource center for information and assets.
  • Uploading agency capabilities decks, cases, videos and expertise examples.
  • Helping to ensure the ACC.connect is a key component with our agency “onboarding” process. (working in conjunction with ACC HR)
  • Serve as a centralized contact on all issues and aspects of the ACC.connect program.
  • New Business & Organic Business Monthly Newsletter:
  • Assist with writing and distribution of the firm’s monthly newsletter.
  • Overall Collaboration Efforts and Activity.
  • Assist with internal meetings and Collaboration calls with the ACC Collaboration group.
  • Assist with the Co-Labs project. (internal content and in person workshop series)
  • KPI Tracking.
  • Work with Chief Collaboration Officer and ACC Business Unit CFO to track, monitor, collect data and report on Collaboration efforts as it pertains to financial tracking KPI’s.
Business Development Initiatives:
  • Lead efforts (in conjunction with COO and Chief Collaboration Officer) to evolve our agency tracking and reporting processes.
  • Interact with ACC community agencies on obtaining and organizing new business leads and progress for reports and weekly meetings with COO and CCO.
  • Create new processes and procedures that will help create efficiencies for the team and the agency as a whole.
  • Help Biz Dev lead set SWOT analysis and briefs for new business opportunities, track assignments as needed and manage process and timelines to bring proposals in on time.
Operations:
Assist the Acquisitions Team in helping:
  • Track and maintain a library of potential acquisition targets. Research on various marketing agencies under the direction of the Chief Collaboration Officer and the COO.
  • Reading industry trade publications to identify potential “best of” agencies.
  • Keeping and maintaining the Acquisitions Database of target agencies.
  • Participating in a weekly Acquisitions meeting with the CEO, COO, CCO and CFO to update and communicate potential new targets and agency findings.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill set:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, PR, advertising, business or a related discipline field
  • 1+ year of agency experience preferred.
    • Marketing/Comms Internship experience preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing, communications, business development and/or business operations.
  • Strong writing and personal skills; can create relationships in business environment.
  • Personable, go-getting team player energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and accepting of feedback.
  • Collaborative mindset and consistent follow through.
  • Self-starter, driven, resourceful, with a high level of confidence with keen ability to multi-task and switch gears as needed.
  • Desire to work hard, learn new skills, and grow professionally.
  • Ability to keep up with industry news and trends.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (CRM) a plus.
