Job Purpose

The Purpose of the Utility Worker - Janitorial is to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility and grounds of the facility and performing inventory of janitorial supplies. This position requires you to be able to work in an environment with variable temperature, depending on the weather, throughout your shift. You would be required to exhibit a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting 50lbs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

· Upkeep of breakroom, conference room, and restrooms

· Sanitize high touch areas throughout the facility

· Keep warehouse aisleways free of trash and debris

· Collect, organize, and restock pallets, advising management when new pallets are needed

· Inventory janitorial supplies

· Empty trash throughout the facility

· Seasonal grounds maintenance, i.e. weeding, shoveling, snow/ice removal

· All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

· Prior forklift experience required

· Must adhere to all safety guidelines and foster a safe work culture

· Must have strong attention to detail

· Must demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve

· Must be able to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking skills

· Basic math skills

· Must demonstrate time management skills

· Organizational skills

· Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to lift 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
