Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, part of a 4-star senior living community, is hiring a Part-Time Janitor/ Floor Care Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning carpet areas of 200+ apartments and common areas, along with some basic janitorial work.

Janitor/ Floor Care Specialist responsibilities:

• Clean carpet of 200+ apartments and common areas.
• Take out trash and recycling.
• Complete basic cleaning/ maintenance.
• Replace light bulbs in building fixtures.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Janitor/ Floor Care Specialist skills and requirements:

• Previous carpet cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to run carpet extractor and drive tractor.
• Ability to use basic tools.
• Must have patience and understanding to work with a diverse population of residents.
