Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Partner with CAST to provide guidance and direction regarding training content, delivery, scheduling, and other logistics as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert on all relevant training topics including execution, best practices, and integration of CAST training with existing BAE Systems resources.
• Develop training material, organize schedules, and provide logistical support for training and maintain training records
• Maintain liaison with internal and external training agencies and advisory services
• Implement and deliver coaching and continuous improvement frameworks for all members.
• Create, develop, and implement tools and other methods to continuously improve training.
• Identify training needs and analyze results to support the wider operation.
• Create and maintain engaging training and coaching materials.
• Present findings in senior management meetings and suggest improvement measures.
• Share regular bi-weekly and/or monthly reports.
• Create, review and own the end-to-end employee training/development life cycle for both new and existing team members.
• Ensure best practice is documented and executed.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing, developing, and setting up projects related to training programs and education environments.
• Ability to conduct information research.
• Ability to work with and respect confidential information of stakeholders.
• Ability to work in ambiguous settings, especially in start-up mode.
• Ability to work alone
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Agility working style.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship across the board.
• Outstanding communication skills internally and externally.
• Be a team player and work in a genuinely collaborative team environment
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
• Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Skills:

• Secret or Top Secret clearance

Familiarization with the Information Technology industry
