WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your main focus as our IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (f/m/d) will be to ensure an efficient and successful planning, development, implementation and execution of IT infrastructure as part of the projects according to deadlines and within the given budget. The following topics will challenge you in this position:

• Adopt, analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software in the client and server environment.
• Drive installation and configuration of system hardware and software.
• Create and provide qualitative and innovative IT-Solutions.
• Execute Client Management (Windows).
• Administer O365 Tenant.
• Maintain and administer Active Directory, Group Policies and CAs.
• Ensure rigorous and competitive pricing from agencies and vendors.
• Independently lead assigned projects while making sure that project lead/BU Director is updated at all times.
• Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the projects
• Coordinate the overall project in such a way that all targets are met.
• Act united, exclusive, passionate and unique.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced. You have completed apprenticeship in the IT field (e.g. IT-Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemkaufmann/frau) or equivalent education. Around 3 years of experience in system administration will be your advantage.
• Expertise. You have expert knowledge of installation and configuration of hardware and very good knowledge of current Windows and Apple operating systems (such as Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Mac OSX 10.14) and standard Microsoft applications (especially Office 365 products Windows and Mac).
• Skilled. You have Network Management skills especially Cisco, Meraki & Lancom. You have good knowledge in security and firewall systems, especially Sophos and Cylance. You have experience with Microsoft Intune, VMWare anVeeam Backup
• Communication Driven. You are business fluent in German and good in English. You are communicative, client- and service oriented.
• Passionate. You have a passion for sports, culture and sustainability.
• Team Player. You are a great team player.
