Who we are

We provide total IT support for a select group of long term customers whom are all growing, and we intend to grow with them.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with Technician level skills, who is technically adept, driven to learn and passionate about resolving issues. In our experience this is the most important quality and this is what will make you successful in our business. You will be sharing the responsibility for maintaining 100% of our customer’s technology needs.

What we expect

Our expectations for your position would be to troubleshoot and resolve any technology related issues that our clients incur while thoroughly documenting your work. You will have an opportunity to support everything from desktops, laptops, smart phones up to servers, databases, networks and applications, depending upon your comfort level. You will also be a part of a skilled team to grow with and rely on.

You will regularly be immersed in situations where you will have to think and act quickly, you must be personable and friendly, with the ability to accurately troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly while communicating effectively with clients and coworkers. You will also need to provide your own reliable transportation and enjoy Grab N Go sandwiches.

Please indicate in your email if you have any of these preferred, but not required, professional qualifications:

-Experience in customer service

-Experience working in a professional office environment

-Experience building and repairing PCs for yourself

-Experience building and repairing PCs for other people

-Experience building and upgrading servers and/or VMs

-Experience with writing technical documentation

-Certification and Degrees are nice, but not required
