Job Summary
Provides technical support to schools for the maintenance of technology equipment and services to include the repair and imaging of laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, tablets, cell phones, printers, scanners, smartboards and other equipment.
The salary range is $53,724 – 65,440 (12-months/260 days)

Qualifications
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
- An associate’s degree or other college level coursework is desired.
- At least 3 months of experience of technical support in a client server environment.
- Computer certifications are desired – Comp Tia A+ hardware, Network + and/or Microsoft MCP/MTA certifications.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
THE SELECTION PROCESS: will be job related and will consist of one or more of the following: education and experience evaluation; written, oral, or performance tests; or other assessment methods. The Office of Human Resources reserves the right to call only the most qualified candidates to oral and performance examinations. Oral examinations may include written exercises. Selection process component weights will be determined by further analysis of the job.
