What your challenges are
-
You actively enhance and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/CD) – Azure DevOps
-
You develop standards and automations using Ansible playbooks
-
You are responsible for the administration of multiple Kubernetes Cluster in an hybrid environment using SUSE/Rancher
-
Ensuring and defining compliance and security rules for a safe infrastructure are core to your tasks
-
Among your most important tasks are automating our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our Cyber Security standards
-
You design templates to assure standardized infrastructure
-
You research, design, develop, and/or modifiy enterprise-wide systems, to support migrating/deploying cloud native applications to Kubernetes platforms
-
You are responsible for the planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for working with information security to ensure requirements are met
-
You bring your expertise to consult on multiple advanced projects and/or programs that have a direct impact on Digital Transformation

You investigate new solutions through rapid development of proof of concepts
-
You work hand in hand with teams to support their growth in the use of modern architecture and processes such as kubernetes and GitOps
-
You proactively identify where system or process improvements can increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
What we are looking for
-
You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable degree with professional and project experience
-
You have already gained specialized technical knowledge in the field of container and Kubernetes technology is desirable
-
You are familiar with automated testing and infrastructure as code
-
You have know-how in developing Ansible playbooks to develop standards and automations
-
You have a good understanding of Linux Server and Linux operations - especially SUSE and Ubuntu
-
You have a good understanding of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hypervisor operations
-
You are familiar with public cloud offerings such as AWS, GCP and Azure
-
You are proficient in programming/scripting skills (shell, python)

You bring strong cross functional knowledge (network, database, webservices)

You preferably have CISCO UCS and NetApp Knowledge
-
You have very good knowledge in English and German language
-
You have already good problem solving skills, and high flexibility (on-call/weekend work)

You are willing to learn and stay up to date on the fast evolving cloud native environment

You have a distinct focus on customer needs and results
-
You enjoy working in a team, are an excellent team communicator and have profound coordination skills
