We have partnered with one of our clients who is looking for an IT/Business Architect (Quote to Cash process).

Location: SFO / Remote option can be considered

Experience - 8+ years

Rate: $70 - $80

The Role:

The Business System Analyst will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. The incumbent performs functional analysis, requirements definition, Quote to Cash (Q2C) Processes and other systems configuration and testing. The role will document requirements, define scopes and objectives, along with formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies.

What You need to do:

• Demonstrate functional knowledge in Quote to Cash Processes to advise business users on day-to-day production incidents and minor enhancement projects
• Good Understanding on Quoting, Ordering, Order Management, Invoicing, supply chain processes.
• Communicates and collaborates with external/internal customers and stakeholders to analyze information and business needs to deliver functional and technical requirements to applications development teams along with business solutions to the company
• Identifies business process requirements and articulate the same to the system solutions
• Responsible for test data creation, test execution and coordinating the change management process for production migration
• Ensures that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management direction; clearly and frequently communicate the status
• Investigates processes and identify root cause problems
• Collaborates with other cross functional business analysts and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
• Acts as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

What You need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field
• Related experience with applications development experience preferred.
• SQL knowledge is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills
• Ability to learn, demonstrate and apply knowledge of the business over to solutions and processes
• Good understanding of the Quote To Cash (Q2C) processes including Quoting, Ordering, Sales Order management, Delivery shipment, Pricing, Invoicing.
• Must have knowledge of Apttus, Revpro and Oracle cloud
• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred

Top Three Skills

• Quote to Cash (Q2C) experience Configuration and knowledge of business processes in Quoting , Ordering, Order Management, invoice processing. (1-3 years)
• Business Analysis experience - 5-8 years experience preferred
• SQL experience - be able to query and interpret data.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
