Trustpoint.one has partnered with a well-respected law firm in Cleveland, OH is seeking a partner-track Associate to join the litigation practice of their Intellectual Property Department. We are looking to fill this position remotely or in Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit or West Palm Beach office to start immediately. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Successful candidates will have (2-6) years of strong Litigation experience, be a team player. This position requires someone who's ready and willing to jump in and take charge. A desire to take an active role in patent, trademark, copyright ,trade secret and First Amendment litigation. Including, brief writing, discovery, and trial preparation. A science or technical background and patent bar admission (or eligibility to sit for the patent bar) are preferred but no required.
