Inventory Service Representative (ISR) – South Barre, Vermont

Job Details:
The On-site Inventory Service Representative reports to the VMI Manager in driving vendor managed inventory solutions and customer service excellence in servicing current installs and new installs alike.
You should expect to be working in different customer environments that may require PPE and/or specific adherence to customer policies.

• Assist customers with staging, labeling, and organizing product at a customer site.
• Perform both route-based responsibilities and activities and administrative tasks associated with daily activities
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Actively observe, ask questions, and communicate with both internal and external customers to achieve highest service levels and customer satisfaction
• Perform machine break/repair activities for different machines at the customer sites

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• 2 years’ experience in customer service or warehouse environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical skills and experience solving problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence, with good driving record
