Inventory Crew (Store Scan)

Purpose:

Highly organized, detail oriented, team player wanted!

Our Inventory Team's primary responsibility is maintaining the accuracy of our inventory, but as members of our CREW, are always ready, willing, and able to jump in to help wherever it might be needed. It might be cashing out a customer, grabbing a phone call, or helping direct a customer in the store! You get to do a little bit of everything on our team! Computer experience is a must, boating or hardware experience a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scanning the store
• Running store scan reports
• Picking store scan pick list items from warehouse
• General warehouse duties like assisting warehouse team when scans, picking and peg hook maintenance is complete each day.
• Bin Store
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Problem solves as part of the inventory team to help correct and prevent inventory issues.

• Computer Experience- Familiarity with the inventory screens in Epicor. Some experience in Excel/Access.
• Familiarity with our picking and stocking process.
• Ability to correctly identify product.
• Highly motivated and hard-working individual.

Working Conditions:

• Work is physically strenuous. Workers are typically required to lift heavy packages, bend, stoop, utilize ladders and/or operate heavy equipment.
• Warehouses are often blocked buildings, and some workers must walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
• Depending on the type of merchandise stored, warehouses are clean, well ventilated, and well lighted.
• Inventory workers who work on loading platforms may be exposed to all kinds of weather, and those who work outdoors should wear protective clothing.
• To reduce the risk of accidents, workers are required to follow strict safety regulations.
