Job description

Looking for a hardworking self-starter to perform and analyze inventory transaction inside an ERP system. Must have strong analytical skills and be good with numbers. Skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential. Knowledge of JDE Edwards PeopleSoft or any other ERP system are a plus but not a requirement. Must be detail oriented and highly organized. Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Close Work Orders

· Run reports for all completed work orders

· Audit Reports to prevent any mistakes or inconsistencies

· Find and resolve all missing transactions

· Work with Pre Production personnel to revise paperwork when necessary

2. Create Credit Orders

· Work with Receiving to ensure all proper documentation is received

· Create Credits in the system and report reference numbers and documentation to proper personnel

·

3. Intercompany Transfers

· Validate and cross match load info that has been pulled, matches shipment and receipt documentation

· Perform transfers in the system in a timely manner

· Resolve any and all issue that may delay completion

· Solve inventory discrepancies through research and working with various other departments

4. Work Order Management

· Oversee that all materials are issued and returned properly

· Oversee that labor is entered into the system for all work orders

· Produce labor reports and research upon request

5. Inventory

· Research and perform inventory transactions: Transfers, Adjustments, Completions, Issues, Shipments

· Analyze cycle counts and make necessary changes

· Audit and analyze inventory transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
