Your tasks.
Main Roles - External.
You:
- Support our sales teams and business partners. Represent gabocom with customers and other external stakeholders, ensure consistent and professional communication, provide customers and local sales teams with commercial, technical, administrative and any other support.
- Proactively search for new business opportunities and take care of development and existing customer relationships
- Regularly meet customers, participate at professional events (fairs, conferences)
- Provide on-site technical support in early stages of projects, co-ordinate product trials & tests, as well as product validation
- Participate in tenders, prepare and submit offers, negotiate business agreements and contracts
- Collect and analyse information on market trends, competitive landscape, business opportunities, new product trends, customer satisfaction
Main Roles – Internal.
You:
- Provide information and reports on activities, plans and results, participate in business planning /forecasting
- Co-ordinate activities between customers and gabocom internal departments (internal sales, logistics, accounts) and organize seamless order processing and on-time delivery service
- Initiate new product development and marketing activities in your local markets, participate in internal projects
- Work with relevant information systems (ERP, CRM etc.)
Your professional skills.
You:
- Are a committed, open and confident team player, able to act in a friendly, approachable manner
- Are free to travel and work flexibly as business and the position demands
- Have an economic, business or technical background/education, and a good understanding of telecommunications and FTTx markets
- Have a proven track record in selling technical products in B2B/project business and feel comfortable working in an international business environment
- Speak fluent German and English (essential), knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be advantageous
- Are willing to learn and work with the ERP system, have a knowledge in MS Office tools and ability to prepare professional sales-supporting materials (presentations, reports, calculations, quotations, business correspondence)
