WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
The Internal Communications & Event (Jr) Manager Germany role sits within the Human Resources team and will work in close relationship with the Global Internal Communications & Marketing departments. You will have a key role in executing RIMOWA’s Internal Communications initiatives on a local level through a variety of platforms, formats and events.
YOUR TASKS:
- Creating engaging content (articles, images, videos etc.) for our Internal Communications platforms
- Feeding the Internal Communications roadmap in Cologne by developing and rolling out innovative formats and initiatives for our Head Office and Plant in Cologne and our Stores in Germany
- Creating Internal Announcements and Newsletters for our employees based in Germany
- Securing a good communication flow across departments, regions and business areas
- Organizing internal events as the summer and Christmas parties, Run of Colors, Afterworks or other events. You will be able to develop yourself new ideas and make propositions to animate our community!
- Creating presentations and reportings for our management
- Work on our Career Page and other tools to attract new talents at RIMOWA
- Work on presentations for internal and external needs (Onboarding, Jobfairs, etc)
- Work closely with our VP People, Synergies and Transformation, who is also our General Manager in Germany to develop formats relevant for business
PROFILE
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3 years of professional experience in a related field
- Passionate about engaging people and strengthening the company culture through communications
- Experience in content creation, writing or journalism is a Plus
- Solid project management skills
- Fluent in German and English (both mandatory)
- True team player with an optimistic attitude
- Pro-active, organized and detail-oriented
- Structured way of working & multi-tasking
- Willingness to learn in an international environment
- Advanced MS Office skills
