Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Hybrid position that includes SALES as well as marketing and administration

- Sales would include conducting in-home consultations and understanding your clients space/window covering needs.

· Will need an eye for design/colors/styles and be able to recommend best options

- Marketing would include supporting our existing builders and generating new leads with our specific marketing system

· Manage existing accounts: communicating with clients, manufacturers and installers.

- In depth training would be provided, work would be in San Antonio, Boerne and New Braunfels.

Position Obligations:

· Experience in window coverings preferred, will also consider any previous sales experience.

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· College degree preferred.

· Business professional wardrobe and appearance.

· Must have your own personal laptop computer with updated software; computer savvy with iPhone experience.

· Must have the space and ability to work from home, will not be provided an office space.

Work Schedule:

· Must have very flexible schedule; this is not your typical M-F, 9-5 schedule

· Two weekends a month are assigned, (Saturdays only/Sundays are optional). Will have 2 weekdays off on those weeks.

· Work hours average 45 - 50 hrs/week

Pay range starts at $55,000-$65,000 with bonus opportunities when sales goals are met.
