We assist customers secure insurance policies to protect them and their loved ones for years to come. With a vast knowledge of many carriers, we are equipped to shop for the best policy to suit their needs.

We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Agent to join our fantastic team. As a Bilingual Insurance Agent, you will not only be selling auto, renters, and homeowners insurance to our customers, you will be protecting their assets and their families!

Responsibilities:

· Meet Monthly Sales Targets

· Develop Strong Relationships with new customers (insureds) and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (insureds)

· Work to Meet Departmental Goals Daily and Monthly

· Follow up on all quote requests

· Contact customers to offer insurance products

· Work with our insurance carriers and underwriters

· Follow up with customers who received a quote, but did not purchase a policy

· Provide excellent customer service in all interactions

Requirements:

· Must have a P&C license

· Must have excellent communication skills to explain our insurance products and coverage clearly

· Must communicate and present oneself in a professional manner

· Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently or in a group to meet/exceed departmental goals

Salary: $40,000 to $60,000/year (including commissions)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
