We are looking to expand our team and build on all the accomplishments we have achieved in a short span of time. At this time we are looking for an ambitious individual who is motivated, dependable and honest and is looking for a long term career in the insurance industry.

The available position is: Insurance Sales Producer

• Agency ownership career paths are available for suitable candidates.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Seeking sales opportunities through various methods (always sticking to State and company guidelines and regulations) These may include but not be limited to, warm and cold calling, participating in marketing events, working lead lists, developing referral networks, etc.)
• Being able to educate clients and prioritize smart coverage at all times.
• Flexibility to help existing clients with issues that may arise on or after the sales process.
• Proactively work on helping people with insurance quotes always trying to educate themwhile offering them the best deal possible.
• Finding new and creative ways to drive business in at all times.

Requirements

Desired traits include:

• Property & Casualty License (Life & Health license a +)
• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work at a fast pace and in an efficient manner
• A good personality and the ability to work independently or follow instructions
• Energetic (niche hobbies and involvement in their community a +)
• Willing to learn and improve everyday
• Multilingual (Spanish Speaker preferred)
