Window Covering Installer and Blind Repairs

Russell's Window Coverings is seeking an individual who is looking for both a "career focused" and an excellent "business" opportunity to help secure your future and provide more than just a job. This is a **Career Building Opportunity** in the Window Treatment Industry.

Our company will invest in your future by providing high end window covering installation training and certification as well as approved expenses for the trip/training. This training would possibly take place in Colorado or virtually. The remainder of your training would be in-house by our established installers, fabrication services technician, and management.

Job would entail repairing and fabricating blinds in-house and also installing of blinds in customers' homes and job sites. Training will be provided by our in-house professionals.

Our company will provide tools for the trade, transportation to/from job sites, and extensive training for career advancement within the company structure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone just beginning their career path or desiring to change careers.

Wages: Hourly wages are based on experience and will be reviewed quarterly based on performance.

Work locations: Whatcom, Skagit & Island counties. Occasional work in other counties may be assigned as needed

Requirements: Must be willing to travel for coursework and training as needed. Must have a Driver's License, High School Diploma or equivalent, and a desire for a career path in the profession of window coverings installation and fabrication industry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.49 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
