Aqua Hydration Solutions provides, installs, and services a wide variety of tabletop or freestanding water purification systems and ice dispensers for your office. Aqua Hydration Solutions is a local family-owned business servicing the tri state area of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. We help our customers promote employee health and wellness by providing clean, purified drinking water from the source, not a truck.

We are seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, the Inside Sales Representative will work to expand our business by performing daily outbound calls to schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team. You will also help grow/manage our business development team. The expectations of this role are to achieve or exceed monthly meeting goals, manage and update a CRM to provide information for the outside sales team to utilize. Hourly compensation, commissions plus monthly bonuses available. If you're looking for a role with a lot of room to grow look no further!

Job Requirements

• Experience with customers via phone experience (preferred)
• Vibrant personality and energy
• Articulate, compelling, and creative in verbal communication
• Experience using online sources to get information
• Organized with good work ethic
• Positive outlook
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM) skills
• Likes to work as part of a team
