Day to Day Activities:
- Provide best in class, customer service to our customers across your assigned territory by being the first point of contact for their day to day needs.
- Manage customer accounts and generate additional sales growth for each account.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by working with an experienced sales team.
- Entering customer’s orders into our sales order system.
Job Requirements:
Who You Are:
- Working knowledge of the restaurant industry is very helpful. Maybe you worked as a server or bartender in college?
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field - required.
- Customer service or inside sales experience – preferred
- Multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills will aid you in this career.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication is a must. You will be communicating with internal and customers daily over the phone and computer.
- Comfortable with composing emails, spreadsheets, data entry and various sales application software.
- Passion for succeeding and working on great team.
