Full-time and Part-time positions available on our behavioral health inpatient unit at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, Maryland.

Providing a vast continuum of behavioral health care, including outpatient, primary care office, intensive outpatient, inpatient psychiatry, crisis center, and the emergency department, you will be able to thrive and grow professionally with our strong leadership team.

Psych Techs assist in providing patient care and treatment of patients on our psychiatric inpatient unit. Psych Techs help to maintain a safe and clean environment, assists the patient care team in providing various patient care activities and maintains a patient-centered approach with all patients. Provides care to a general adult population of acutely ill psychiatric patients.

Education & Training: Must have current knowledge of psychological theory and/or related behavioral health theory. AA or Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or related field, or pursuing a degree in a related healthcare field, or one (1) year experience in the behavioral health field in lieu of degree. Certified by the Maryland State Board of Nursing as a Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS required.
