As an in-home Caregiver or CNA with Senior Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch care to the clients you are assigned to wherever they may call 'home'. Each client has a custom care plan that you will go over with your supervisor prior to shift assignment as the care provided will vary based on your client placement. Caregiver responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Personal care assistance
• Laundry and linens
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and conversation
• Medication reminders
• Exercise and mobility
• Meal and snack preparation
• Record keeping
• Respite care
• Accompany to appointments

Schedules and Shift Assignments

More details about shift availability will be discussed during the hiring day. We provide care to clients throughout Tennessee 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we are able to offer flexible scheduling based on your needs. Our ideal candidates would be available to work an average of 30 hours per week and be able to travel to various cities based on skill set and available shifts.

We pride ourselves in continually growing our client base and have a variety of shifts available. We offer:

• 2 to 12 hour shifts
• Recurring schedules
• Fill-in shifts available for pick up on time of regular hours
