We're currently looking for a Direct Support Professional to work with our clients in their home. You would provide 1-on-1 support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities to motivate them to complete activities of daily living and assist with any personal cares. Clearwater Assisted Living employees are the highlight of the day for many clients. We focus on working with clients to maintain and/or gain as much independence as possible in their life!

Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous caregiving experience (Preferred)
• Must be able to pass a Caregiver background check

Responsibilities:

• Complete client logs
• Follow the Individual Care Plan (ICP) for clients
• Perform daily chores with or for clients (cooking, cleaning, organizing, etc)
• Relay all updates to Clearwater Program Manager/Supervisors
• Bring a positive attitude to each client you see!
• Skillfully prompt and cue clients to participate in daily living skills alongside staff

Schedule: We are looking for a reliable Direct Support Professional who is able to work with clients in Menomonie, WI between 8:30am-3:30pm. Client hours may vary initially. Expected hours per week is between 10-20 hours, more if interested!

Education:

• Highschool Diploma (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Pay: $15.75 per hour
