Immigration Paralegal (Clifton, NJ )

The premier immigration law firm of CELLA & ASSOCIATES in Clifton, NJ is growing and expanding it’s legal team! We are seeking to hire an Immigration Paralegal with a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world. Responsibilities include assisting our attorneys in preparing non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, applications, consular forms, and court related documentations. Do legal research, support Attorney effectiveness by performing delegated substantive legal work.

Requirements: Immigration-related paralegal experience including the completion of immigration forms, interactions with clients, and the drafting of legal documents. Review and draft legal documents, case management, manage deadlines. Understand legal terminology and procedures. Ability to handle and maintain time sensitive material. Legal Research and Administration skills. Fluent in Spanish. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent communication skills. The paralegal must also be proficient in speaking and writing in English.
