Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician

We are seeking a full-time Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician for our beautiful Raybrook Campus.

What will you do?

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC/R and other mechanical equipment
• Maintain related records
• Complete preventive maintenance requests and identify and repair deficiencies
  

Hours: 7a - 3:30p Monday - Friday with participation in the on-call rotation about 5 times each year

Requirements to be successful:

• Proof of a valid Michigan driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of heating & cooling experience
• General knowledge or forced air, hot water, steam, combination hot water and steam systems, refrigeration systems
• Due to Holland Home licensure and regulations by the State of MI, we are only able to hire people who will pass a background check: no felonies, assault, larceny, or retail fraud
